At Bunk, our restaurant is full every day, from morning to late, kicking off with hotel guests over breakfast and finishing off with locals enjoying our cultural programming. Inspired by the monumental church which we call home, our menu features local, seasonal ingredients prepared traditionally: smoked, cured, pickled, marinated and stewed. Fresh produce is at the heart of each dish, which we cook straight from our heart, too. Our guests enjoy their food seated at our long tables perfect for connecting with friends, both old and new.

ABOUT YOU 

Hospitality runs through your veins. And when it comes to experience? Well, you’ve got plenty. You know that only a good server can make a great dining experience, and you know just how to keep a team running in tip-top shape. You’ve mastered the bird’s eye view with an eagle eye for detail, so you know just what needs to happen in the restaurant and when. You’re a natural leader, a people person, of course. You know how to communicate with a team clearly and effectively, inspiring them to create memorable guest experiences. You and your team share one goal: to make each guests’ day is better when they leave Bunk than when they came in. That’s why you’re present in the restaurant, accessible to your team and your guests, making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone receives top-notch service. Evenings, weekends – you’re always there to help your team get through the hustle and bustle of busy times.

Admin is important, too, of course, but your teammates in the Support office take care of most of them. The only thing you need to worry about aside from managing the restaurant’s daily flow is making sure you’ve got the best team: you hire the right people, schedule them in well, train them properly and continue to coach them as they grow with us at Bunk. There’s the financial part, too, of course, but you have no problem keeping your eye on targets and taking the right steps to meet them.

All in all, you love heading home at the end of the day satisfied with the knowledge that you and your team have created the best possible experience for each guest that’s walked through our doors. And then you’re ready to start the next day!
