Just a short trip into Amsterdam Noord, you’ll find Bunk. Our hotel features 106 rooms and a hostel area comprised of unique and innovative pods, where we host guests from all over the world. And not just guests from far away, but locals, too. Whether they're from another continent or right on our block, every guest’s experience at Bunk begins with our Front Office team. But they’re not stopped at the door by an imposing reception desk. Instead, guests can check themselves in, while our hosts are around to help them out, answer any questions they might have about Bunk, and point them to the best spots around the city.

First impressions matter, and under your leadership, Bunk is certain to always make a good one. You are the captain of the ship: you inspire and motivate our team of hosts, are able to guide them through any challenges and make sure everything that needs doing gets done. You get a real kick out of helping your team grow. Whether it’s through coaching, feedback or just being there when they need you, you love seeing your team members thrive. Together, you're always on the lookout for ways to improve the guest experience. You connect with others easily: your team loves working with you and feels comfortable coming to you with whatever is on their mind. And you’re perceptive, so you can tell what your team needs at all times, and can tell exactly who would fit in the team well when it comes to hiring. You’re good at multitasking too, so you can keep a cool head even when there’s a lot going on. We’ve converted Amsterdam Noord’s historical Sint Ritakerk into a buzzing hub. On a typical day, our restaurant (and terrace, in the summer) is filled with diners enjoying dishes from all over the world prepared with local ingredients (with a Bunk twist, of course), while our hotel is filled with backpackers catching some good sleep on a budget in our pods, culture vultures capitalising on our free events, podcasters and producers recording the next big thing and curious travellers wandering through our halls, heading out on adventures before making their way back to their rooms.
