At Bunk, our restaurant is full every day, from morning to late. Our dishes can be recognised from all corners of the world, but that doesn’t mean the ingredients come from far away, too. In fact, our menu features sustainably sourced ingredients from the region wherever possible. What’s more, guests can enjoy these distinguished dishes in healthy portions with surprising culinary twists thrown in for good measure. Almost every dish is available in a vegetarian version, too. It’s our eco-conscious way to offer finer dining on a budget: enough, really good fair. And well, fair enough, really.
You’re all about keeping things clean and tidy. You keep our guests happy and healthy with clean dishes, even though you know they’ll become dirty again soon enough. Up until the end of the night, it’s pretty much an endless cycle, but you don’t mind – you love some hard work. You don’t stop at dishes, of course. You apply that good eye to all of the pots, pans and utensils used in the kitchen, and make sure to keep your workspace tidy enough, too. Above all, you work well under pressure. The busier, the better – you’ll keep calm and carry on.

Just a short walk away Central Station, we’ve converted Utrecht’s Westerkerk into a buzzing hub for people from near and far alike. On a typical day, our monumental church hall is filled with diners enjoying dishes from all over the world prepared with local ingredients (with a Bunk twist, of course), flex workers cracking out the final details of their projects, backpackers catching some good sleep on a budget in our pods, culture vultures capitalising on our free events and curious travelers heading out on adventures before making their way back to their rooms.
