Reservations Agent at Bunk Hotels

With 45 rooms in our location in Utrecht, 106 in Amsterdam Noord and a hostel area comprised of unique and innovative private pods, Bunk is a young, growing brand where guests from all over the world can experience our cities for an affordable price. Our concept is different from what many of our guests are accustomed to, so there are usually questions at the start of each guests journey, which begin online or over the phone when they make a booking at Bunk. Every guest is different, and is looking for something special, and our small team of reservations agents is responsible for making their stays special, too – or, at least, for informing our hotel teams how to make their stays special.

ABOUT YOU

You’ve never met a challenge that you didn’t love. You’ll often be our guests first point of contact, and you make a great first impression. You love a bit of variety in your work: from assisting solo travellers to booking in large groups with dinners, you’re ready to tackle any task. You’re a people person, and your interpersonal skills carry through no matter whether you’re emailing, on the phone, or on location. You’re comfortable handling language barriers, too, and can always get your message across clearly. You see every interaction as an opportunity, and love to find new creative ways to facilitate unforgettable stays for our guests, so that they leave Bunk with only great stories to tell. You have experience in hospitality and working with a PMS, preferably with StayNTouch. Oh, and you’re flexible, too – you’re happy to work from our office in Amsterdam Noord, from the hotels or from home – it makes no difference to you.
